When Cleric is around, skill no longer consumes Blue Gemstone, Cleric's partial SP is consumed, caster's Adoramus SP consumption is reduced.
Cannot damage targets on Land Protector.

and Decrease Agility. Requires a blue gemstone
to use. If an Acolyte or its subclasses is near, the
stone wouldn't be consumed. Instead of the
stone consumes some SP of the character.
