Description: Drops meteors at random locations within a 9x9 cell range around 1 cell on the ground, dealing fire attribute magic DMG to enemies within a 5x5 cell range and inflicting [Abnormal Status: Stun] with a certain probability.
Afterwards, it explodes and deals secondary fire attribute magic DMG. The probability of being stunned and the duration are affected by the target's status resistance. The DMG increases further based on the Self Study Tactics-Magic skill level, the caster's base level, and SPL.
The number of meteors is from a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 6, depending on skill level.
