This skill acts as shallow water for skills Aqua Benedicta and Water Ball.
(When using waterball, Deluge's range is reduced by the range of waterball.)
This skill cannot be cast on a cell currently affected by any floor skill or ground targeted skill.
Duration is (skill level)minutes. Casting this skill, Whirlwind or Volcano while the buff is active will not incur a Gemstone cost.

The area will also enable the use of Water Ball
and Aqua Benedicta. Other Sage skills that target
the ground can't be cast over Deluge.
Initial cast requires 1 Blue Gemstone,
but multiple casting of this skill will not consume
Gemstones throughout Deluge's active duration.
