Transforma o solo em uma área alagada,

Existe um limite de redução dos atributos em
personagens que não pode passar de 25%.

This skill cannot reduce the affected stats of monsters by more than 50%, and those of players by more than 25%.
Also removes certain skill effects, such as Increase AGI, Twohand Quicken, Wind Walker and Adrenaline Rush.
A Maximum of three quagmires can be placed before the first one expires.
