Throws a talisman at a target, inflicting attribute-less magic DMG to the target and enemies within the surrounding area.
Basically, it attacks once, but if there is [Blessing of the East], it attacks twice, if there is [Blessing of the West], it attacks three times, if there is [Blessing of the South], it attacks four times, and if there is [Blessing of the North], it attacks five times.
When under the effect of [Blessing of the Four Elements], attack 7 times.
DMG increases based on the Talisman Polish skill level, the caster's base level, and SPL.
DMG properties change depending on the Mild Wind.
